I am relocating to Tokyo this Sep with my soon to be 12year old daughter. I would like to ask for recommendation for International School in Tokyo whom offers Chinese as 2nd language.

I'm not absolutely sure, but most International schools around Tokyo/Yokohama use English as the first language, and Japanese as the second language.
