Most payments in Japan are dome by furikomi or "Direct Deposit" into that person or companies account. Upon receiving the payment, they will ship it to you.
There are so many guitar shops in Japan why do you want to have it sent to you?
If you are outside of Japan you can buy the same guitars for the same price.
The closet thing to that is yahoo auction and you still have to pay by furikomi.

well i live in usa
and am trying to buy a japanese model guitar because i have heard they are a far superior quality musical instrumentmaker
than what i can find here
and america does not really distrubite japanese guitars
this is my delima i wish i could travel to japan and buy one but alas I can not
