they look cute but much too cheap for department stores. Try Loft, Tokyu Hands, 100 yen stores. You can Google Loft and Tokyu Hands for addresses or ask your hotel.

The website says they are available from department stores, although I agree that Loft might be the first place you should look. I don't think you would have much luck at 100-yen stores, since these cost 1,800 yen.
