I will like to know if there are universities in japan that teaches in english language. I also want to know if there are African college students in japan.

there are many african university students in japan. i believe that the majority of them are enrolled in graduate level programs as undergrad programs are more likely to require japanese language ability. all of the students that i know have some japanese but they complete all (most??) of their work in english.
