I would do more around Asakusa, which is an older part of Tokyo. There is a very inexpensive green bus that continually goes on a circular route around Asakusa, taking you near Ueno Park and the national museums, Nakamise (famous shopping area), Sumida River where you can take tours into Tokyo Bay and Odaiba, and Kappabashi, a fascinating restaurant supply street. Asakusa is easily located from subways and JP/Keisei train lines.
