Want to shop for funky finger rings

Guys,
I have a question that might sound strange to a few people...
Anyways...I am interested in buying thumb rings...street jewellery...basically stuff like that . BTW, I am a guy..
So where can I buy funky looking finger rings.. ?
Can anyone here help me out with this strange request ?

There is nothing strange or unusual about that request unless one has had a very sheltered life indeed. This used to be "The fashion" many years ago. Jewelery shops, antique shops, and even some casual clothing shops will have rings of any size. Craft fairs are another possibility. You should have a look at stores in areas catering to younger people. Takeshita dori in Tokyo and America mura in Osaka are obvious places.

Great studded rings on Takeshita dori, pretty cheap. For higher quality or designer punk styles head to LaForet Harajuku, have a look at hidrock design or Hell Cat Punks (HCP). You will find the alternative stores on the lower levels (below ground).
