Cooked food in Tsukiji

I can't wait to eat the freshest sushi in Tsukiji, but my girlfriend does not eat raw fish (except for white tuna with ponzu). Do Sushi Dai or Daiwa have cooked rolls or other choices for those who don't eat sushi? Do you know of English links to restaurant menus?

Truthfully, I did not check for cooked rolls when I was there. From what I remember, I think they have some. Those are really small restaurants, and I don't remember if they have websites or not. However, the sashimi is just yummmmmyyyy.

At sushi places unagi (eel) is generally cooked I believe (someone correct me if I'm wrong), and there may also be kappa maki (cucumber) and/ or tamago maki (egg). Sushi places tend to specialise in sushi only however, so that might be all.

which looks like unagi, but isn't as dark.
Sometimes they'll have cook salmon or tuna on rice. They use a flame to cook the fish.
You should encourage your girlfriend to try at least one piece of raw sushi!! It's nothing like the sushi back at home.

A lot of the sushi is not raw. Besides ones already mentioned, these can be served cooked in some way: ebi, taco, crab, salmon, there's probably more. There are also a lot of appetizers she could eat.
