Vision without action is a daydream; action without vision is a nightmare.
It is listed as a Japanese proverb. Any idea on the original source or it may have come from.

The *closest* (but different)I know is the words of Mr. Soichiro Honda (Honda Motor's founder) that loosely translates to: Actions without vision are a weapon, and vision without actions is worthless.
