Mature nightclubs or bars in Osaka

I am 30 years old and I am not interested in hanging out in smoking infested nightclubs, but I do want to meet people and hear hip hop or reggae. Where can someone like me hang out and meet sophisticated people at? I am Osaka now, will be going to Tokyo soon, so any suggestions in these places are welcomed!

I like hip hop and regae, if only because of the tough cute boys, but I wouldn't call most of the fans of these musical genres sophisticated by a long shot. Not to mention that mature people--euphemism for over 50--aren't crazy about hip hop etc. except for a few darling ones like me.
