softbank broken mobile question

Hello,
I have a mobile from softbank, X01HT which fell on the ground and broke.
Since I am an electronics engineer, I know for a fact that the touch screen is broken and it needs replacement. I sent the mobile to softbank to replace the screen, the said it cannot be fixed!!!!
I am not sure if there are any other options to fix my mobile. Is there repair shops? any other place I can go to? If I can buy a touch screen for the mobile I can change it myself!
Please help.

SoftBank does not accept repair request if (they think) the mainboard is broken.
I am not sure if there are any other options to fix my mobile.
Probably no way.
