we are planning 8days trip to tokyo in which we will take 4 days pass to both disney parks and one night in mt. fuji and rest in th city. are 4 days in disney enough as that is our priority for the time being.

Yes, four days are enough for most people. Most people spend not more than one day per park, i.e. two days in total.

Please note that Tokyo Disney Resort is very crowded on Saturday and Sunday. Moreover, even for the weekday, you should enter as early as possible in the morning, so you will be able to enjoy more attractions. There are reservation tickets gfirst passh to get on the attraction efficiently, and refer to the following sites, please. http://www.tokyodisneyresort.co.jp/tdr/english/plan/schedule...Each park is enough in a day if you think that you have been to the Disney resort somewhere in the past and you need not get on all the attractions.
