amt. on surutto prepaid card refundable?

I am just wondering if any unused value of the surutto kansai prepaid card be refunded?
For example, at the end of my trip, there are still value in the card, can the balance amount be refunded? or do i have to forfeit it?

This ticket is a fixed price/period pass, not a prepaid card and there are no refunds once the pass has been used.

The Surutto Kansai Card is a prepaid card!
However, it is not possible to get refunds for remaining balances.
