My daughter works in japan as entertainer last 2003,but unluckily she and her group were deported by DFA for the reason that their employer fail to renew their alien card after 3 mths.My question is; Does she waits for Oct.2008(exactly 5 yrs)before she can apply back again to japan?

I depends on what she was told by Immigration when she was deported. If it was a 5-year ban which started in October 2003, then yes, it would last until 2008. Incidentally, applying for/ renewing the alien registration card is the responsibility of the individual, not the employer.
