From tokyo to osaka using JR Pass

hi got a jr pass and travelling fm tokyo to osaka on the 29th may.

try to check the trains to take using hyperdia.

the result is that most of the shinkansen is the nozumi trains whereby the jr pass is not valid or cannot be used.

could anyone pls help o this matter. did i search correctly. or is there no other shinkansen trains that jr pass can be utilize.

You need to check the "Excepts NOZOMI" [sic] box.

Please check the side of hyperdia carefully. Look back one line higher than the start button. There is the line
Answers …. Charge fare … Route …HERE click exepts Nozomi
Or when the train connection is shown click under Timetable the clock/book symbol and you get all nozomi, hikari and kodama shinkansen between Tokyo and ShinOsaka.
