I'm presently working here in the dept.of agriculture region7,bohol,Phil.for 25 yrs.as tractor operator.I was trained by JICA (Japan International Cooperation Agency)personnel on how to operate and maintained agricultural machineries for 5 yrs.Now,i want to work in japan,is it possible for me to work and explore my expertise there?
