We are arriving in Japan at Kansai, but leaving from Narita. Is there a good deal like the suica + N'Ex (available only at Narita, for travel from Narita) for a trip from Tokyo TO Narita?

Rootles, The Suica + NEX package is only available from Narita, so if cost is an issue, you should look at cheaper options such as the Keisei Limited Express (just 1000 yen). All the various options are described here... http://www.japan-guide.com/e/e2027.html
