I will be staying in Tokyo for two full days in July. I want to go to a lot of places, but I don't know if it's possible with my tight schedule :(
Here are the places I want to go: Shibuya Shinjuku Harajuku Meiji Shrine Imperial Palace Ginza Asakusa Tsukiji Fish Market Odaiba
I know it's a lot of places, but I just want to get the flavor for most of them
Please tell me if this is possible! and also, what would be the best itinerary to save time? I only have 2 days...

It is possible, but only when you wake up early and have good feet.
You can make a tour of: Shinjuku, Harajuku and Meiji and Shibuya and add the Tokyo Tower that day at night.
The second day would be then Tsukiji, Imperial Palace (note: it takes time to go from there by feet to the Yasukuni Shrine!), Ginza, Asakusa, Odaiba with night view of Tokyo Bay.
Prepare your routes way ahead, so you know where to take which line to where...

Wow 2 days. Maybe you should plan your trip around Starbucks and Excelsior coffe shops because you will need all the caffine you can get. One thing is for sure, you will really enjoy Tokyo. Good luck
