Sapporo where to stay

Can someone please advice where i can find cheap accommodation in Sapporo? Preferably near JR Station, safe for 2 ladies, easy to locate, less than 10.000yen for a twin room with toilet and bath facilities. We don't mind pension either.

There is a Toyoko Inn a few minutes from the north exit of Sapporo JR station with twin rooms at 9.240 Yen:

This location offers what they call "business twin" rooms, where, I believe, the beds are divided by the bathroom. You can see a picture of this style room at the final location near to Sapporo station:

You can book a maximum of two months in advance, but twin rooms are limited and do go fast.
