Are you already working in factory in Japan? If you are doubting about your pay, I will search some organizations helping workers for you.
If not, I don't recommend you coming to Japan because Japanese government have no policy about non-Japanese worker(exclude Japanese Brazilian).
The system called Kenshusei is a questionable system.
