Best way to travel from Narita to Chiba

Hello,

I plan go to Japan this September. I was wondering, what's the easiest way to go to Chiba from Narita airport. I looked at the JR lines and found the route to Chiba. The JR Narita Express seems to stop by Chiba during the morning hours.

But I will have my luggage with me so that may not be practical. I was thinking of taking the limousine bus but that doesn't seem to stop at Chiba.

Do I have any other options? Taxi? Or drag my languages on Narita express?

Local trains such as the JR Sobu Line or the Keisei Line would likely be the easiest way of travel, but details depend on where in Chiba you want to go.
