From Maihama Station (main station for TDL) Take the Keiyo Line to Tokyo Station.
Overhead signs will show you the times in both English & Japanese.

Take a bus

Take a limo bus instead of a train on the trip back. There's nothing worse than spending a full day at Disneyland and then having to stand on a full train for more than an hour to get back.
You can actually sit and rest on a bus.

Dan,
The poster's question was about Disneyland to Tokyo Station. I believe your answer related to Narita (in which case it is very accurate). The train trip is 15 minutes and should not be overly crowded during the early to late evenings.

George,
You're completely right, my apologies and thanks for fixing my "advice". For some reason, I was thinking about my own situation (I'm about 30 minutes from Shibuya towards Kanagawa) rather than Tokyo Sta.
Cheers, Dan
