Can anyone tell me what should be the take-home salary after tax, medical, housing and train-pass expenditure has been paid by the company for a 23-25 year old male Software Engineer with a BSC in Computer Engineering degree? Also add 2years of solid work experience in the Software Engineering field with proven excellent problem solving capabilities(both in programming and engineering problems)

Hi
I'm not very sure about Japanese salary system but I'll show you one example.
Monthly salary---200,000yen(deducted all such as tax)
twice a year of Bonus----200,000-500,000yen(depend on the profit the company made during a certain period)
Total---260,000yen-340,000yen
par year.
This is the average case of Japanese young man with age of 23-25.
