My question is pretty simple.
Are there any photography colleges in Japan that foreiners can attend?? Posibly get a degree or something of that nature??

Yes you can study their from what i understand but there bunch of rules involve with immigration and the fact you have to take a test and prove how everything is going to be paid. Here a site for some art schools in japan http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Category:Art_schools_in_Japan
