Should I buy the Kansai Thru Pass?

I am travelling for 4 days in Kansai. Can I use the pass to do the following journeys:
Kansai Airport to Oji (back and forth)
Oji to Nara
Oji to Kyoto
Oji to Osaka
Travel within Kyoto (bus, subway etc)
I know JR is not included, but is there a big difference in travel time if we use the trains allowed with the Kansai Pass. Time a bit important since we are only here for 3 days proper.

You can reach all mentioned destination by Kansai Through Pass ( = non JR transport ). For Nara not JR Nara station but Kintetsu Nara station. For Osaka and Kyoto several non-JR stations, too. Not valid on inner-city Kyoto City Bus. Travel times no problem, KIX - Oji might be slightly slower and one more transfer then by expensive JR Haruka KIX - Kyoto ( - Oji ).

The fastest way from KIX to Oji with Kansai Thru Pass : 2 hours
The fastest way from KIX to Oji(by JR) : 1.5 hours

The fastest way from Oji to Nara with KT Pass : 1 hour
The fastest way from Oji to Nara(by JR) : 20 minutes

The fastest way from Oji to Kyoto with KT Pass : 1.5 hours
The fastest way from Oji to Osaka(by JR) : 1.5 hours

The fastest way from Oji to Osaka with KT Pass : 1 hour
The fastest way from Oji to Osaka(by JR) : 30 minutes
