hi, Is anyone where to purchase this soccer match ticket? Also known before as Toyota Cup and now, I think it's also called Intercontinental Cup.
Can we purchase it from outside Japan?
Any advice is welcomed.
Tks, Michi

I think you mean FIFA club world cup. I haven't been able to find how to get tickets either sadly.
It actually is in the UAE for 2009 and 2010, but back in Japan the next two years, so I hope you find some tickets!

Tickets for the event, Dec 12-21, usually go on sale in April via an application form in the Asahi newspaper

Any online system?

Oh no, is that mean that outsider won't get any chance to buy the tickets?
So sad, I was hoping there's an online system where we could purchase it.
If anyone has any further info, appreciate your tips..

The event looks like it's going to be a sell out. Keep checking ebay from time to time as you may find someone selling a ticket.

www.JAPANiCAN.com will be selling tickets for games (that are otherwise sold out) through their website from the end of October. The tickets will be sold as a package with bus/English assistance/accommodation. Tickets for the semis and finals will also be available, apparently.

The South American teams seem to do quite well in this mini tournament. It definitely will be interesting to see who wins it. Man Utd were expected to beat Zenit St. Petersburg in the UEFA Super Cup but ended up losing 2 - 1 so a suprise could happen but i'm still tipping United to win it.

In response to Shooter25, from what I hear the link for the tickets will be posted on the front page of www.japanican.com from around the 29 October. Cheers.

Well Adelaide United are through to the Club World Cup, after progressing to the final of the Asian Champions League tonight.
They become the first Australian side to make a final, and have gained entry to the tournament in December given their will be a Japanese team in the final as well.
