What does "no ni" mean at the end of a sentence? Would someone kindly explain this to me?^^

E.g.: ''Kusuri wo nonde noni, genki ni nakanaka naranai''
''ALTHOUGH I take the medicine, I just won't get healthy''
(I hope this is right? hehe)

used in casual speech

In casual speech "no ni" is actually quite often found at the end of a sentence, for example "Sekkaku katta no ni!", meaning "After I went to the trouble of buying it!", or "Gambatta no ni!" (After I tried so hard!). The sentence is actually incomplete and the ending is implied.
You may not find this kind of sentence in textbooks, but it is commonly used in everyday conversations.
