-yee shiga(i/ru/?). Shin da n janai. Ika basho ka nainte.

My dubts are about the Ansewer.
-Shin da no kana[I wonder if he is dead]
-yee shiga[hear, I don't know if have a "i" or "ru" in the end, he pronunciete too fastly, then I wonder if "Shiga" is not the same of "shitai[死体]-corpse"].

Ika basho ka nainte[Hear other dubt, I don't know "nainte", and I believe that ika is the future form of ike (go)]
Then, the second phrase will:
-No, [no his body?]He have not place to go.

This have a fiction theme, then could be it? Or simply "No, he is not dead. He have not place to go".

What is shiga, i believe that could be shigai[死体]-corpse
And ika is the future form of ike(go)?
then, is this translation correct:
