Where in Himeji can we find love hotels?Is it cheaper than staying in a hotel if we will only stay for just atleast 3 hours?Are there spy cameras?Or anywhere in Nagoya to find love hotels?

There are probably love hotels anywhere, just look for some structures with neon lighting.

If you're traveling with somebody, it probably wouldn't make much of a difference in price whether you stay at a love hotel or a regular hotel. I'd suggest you to just find a regular hotel or if you're really short on cash, just spend the night at an internet or manga cafe.

I just consider love hotels to be unsanitary and dirty.

If you mean you just want somewhere for a few hours during the daytime, then love hotels will normally be cheaper and easier to walk into without reservations.
Some regular hotels offer day-use charges in the range of about 4,000 to 10,000 yen for a few hours, but you usually need to reserve in advance.
If you just want somewhere to nap, then internet cafes will be a cheaper option.

Where to find them? Close to any major station, usually.

As for cleanliness, they are likely to be much cleaner and more hygienic than comparably priced hotels.
