Japanese Whisky 2008/7/4 12:12
My brother likes fine Japanese whisky (better ones have won prizes), and he asked me to look for some special ones.

Does anyone know a GOOD liquor shop that sells rarer 12-17 year old whiskies, in the Tokyo or Yokohama area?

His list from most prefered at the top is:

Yoichi 12 yo ''Peaty & Salty'' ( made by Nikka)
Yoichi single cask bottling (espec 1991)
The Cask of Hakushu (this specific wording made by (Suntory)
Hakushu 15yo cask strength (Suntory)
Hanyu any ''card'' series (eg King of Diamonds, Two of Clubs)
Hakushu 12yo
Nikka single cask Coffey grain whisky
Suntory Royal 15yo
Nikka Tsuru 17yo
Gingko (or Chrysanthemum) it is apparently sold as both

I've been into quite a few shops and the only ones I can find are:
Hakushu 12yo
Suntory Royal 15yo

He has a lot of different Scotch whiskies, but he wants these particular Japanese ones!!
