I bought a 18 seisshun kippu, but i rather go by shinkansen because it wil take many many hours. Can i get my money back? I bought it at a JR midorimadoguchi.
Help!
(no, i cant sell it to my friends because i will be traveling alone)

If you have not used it yet, at all, you can get a refund minus a 210 yen handling fee.
If you have used one or more coupons, you cannot get a refund, but you can try selling it to a discount ticket shop.
