That will depend very much on whether you are male or female, how old you are, what your job is, what role you are attending the seminar in, and when the seminar will be held...

this is not a very well thought out question, but anyway you probably can't go wrong with standard business attire; business suits for men or business outfits for women. the business suit is the normal clothing for office workers in tokyo.
