Help finding D1 grand prix and AutoPolis

Hello, i found the site for the D1 Grand prix, which will be held on 8/2 and 8/3 at the AutoPolis international racing course, which is a legal and sanctioned event, and was wondering if any one has been to any D1 events? Also where is AutoPolis/ this event located in regards to Tokyo, and what would be the best mean of transportation to get there?
