My brother tells me that Minakami is a great place. He did a bridge bungee there which is 42m high. Also, you could do a lot of other things like hiking, paragliding, and white water rafting, then rest at an onsen afterward. :]

I have a friend that does dinging. Kind of like a two man sailboat. She said it's about 500 yen to rent to boat.
