Hello there,
I'm currently translating a Manga froM Japanese to train my skills. I came across this Street, Fudan-dori (spelled: 普段通り). It must be some special street, but I dont know anything about it... Maybe anybody can help?
Thanks Shu

If it is a street name in the manga, that looks like a kind of pun or play on words. Normally 普段どおり has the meaning of "as usual" or "ordinarily", but it also sounds like a street name, so there is a joke being made here- does that fit with the context of the manga you are translating?

Yeah, thank you!
I was thinking about it a lot, yesterday. Finally I decided to translate it with "as usual", too, and change it if it will be something different. But its not, your answer really helped me a lot! :)
