From osaka to koyasan : shinosaka-namba; namba-koyasan by nankai; bus along koya san. spend a night at temple
day 2 (koyasan-nara-kyoto)
From koyasan-namba (nankai); namba-nara(kintetsu); nara-kyoto (kintetsu)
Is it posible to use kansai thru pass in all this area? I'm a bit confuse, should I take nankai sabic and pay the kintetsu line or just take the kansai thru pass. Your comment please.

Is it posible to use kansai thru pass in all this area?
Yes, it is all covered by Kansai Thru Pass, except the limited express trains of Nankai and Kintetsu Railways.
If you want to go from Koyasan to Kyoto, note that taking either Hankyu or Keihan Railways from Osaka to Kyoto is faster than taking Kintetsu via Nara.
