everywhere during February 2008/8/12 17:26
If you are visiting in February, you can find them everywhere. If it's just a tiny set of the Prince and Princess without the band or ladies in waiting and all, they only cost very little. Shapes vary too, from realistic ones to abstract ones.

If you are visiting in other seasons, I'm not even sure if they exist.

you don't need to look for hina-ningyou in japan. you can get Hina-ningy (dolls) at a duty-free shop especially in tokyo because it's popular with people who is visiting japan, most shops carry the product.

↑ this shop is not in Tokyo, Osaka. so use this for reference.

if you purchase expensive dolls, it's too much trouble for you to bring it back to your country becaus expensive items are contained in glass boxes.

Are you planning to go to Akihabara? you can get different kinds of dolls (from 20$) at duty-free shops in Akihabara.
