What to do in Narita?

I will arrive in Narita at 3:00pm on Sunday and will be stay 1 night in Nikko hotel provided by JAL and will be departure to my country the next day (Monday) at 11:00pm....

So, what should I do?
-Are the stores closed on Sunday and until what time?

-Is AEON mall open on Sunday? until what time?

-Is it better if I change my arrival day to Monday instead of Sunday?

-Shops are open on Sundays.
-In Aeon complex, restaurants are open 23:00, and the mall until 22:00.

almost every mall open 9am-21pm on weekend. but not interesting, if you hava energy at arrival day on saturday,you should go Narita-SAN that is very famous shrine where very close from your Nikko hotel.
