Ive booked into the before mentioned hotel in September and cant find any information about it anywhere. Can someone please help.

Yahoo! Map tells me it's 21-minutes' walk from "Tobu" Utsunomiya station. If you are coming from "JR" Utsunomiya station, it will be well over 30 minutes, I'd say.
