I'm having trouble logging in to toyoko-inn to check reservation etc. The id box does not have enough characters. Have not had any problems in the past. Is anyone experiencing this problem?

You are a Toyoko Inn club card holder? If not you only need to complete the "Guest Information" box on the left as it was entered in the original booking.
