it means 'i love you', though most people would just say 'daisuki desu', or maybe something like 'aishiteru yo'

daisuki simply means you like something a lot. Not necessarily "I love you" because it can also refer to anything.
"watashi daisuki" isn't a complete sentence.

'atashii daisuki desu' probably she's pointing to something that she likes very much... *can be something or someone~
