how do we get to tsujiki jodai from shinagawa prince. is this a fish market like tsujiki. worth going and any auctions we can see or see fish before auction? they open early?

I think you mean Jogai, which means "outside market". Unlike the inner wholesale market, the "outside market" is meant for ordinary visitors and tourists. It basically a few blocks of narrow lanes lined by many shops, selling seafood, vegetables and other goods. There are also many small restaurants. No auctions take place in the outside market.
