Toyoko Inn in Osaka which is better

There are a few toyoko inn in Osaka, which will be more convenient. Plan to visit Universal Studio, domburi, some shopping area. Coming fro Kansai airport using JR Pass.

The ones near Kita Umeda. Or the ones in Shin Osaka if you are willing to add 30 minutes to each trip. Domburi is a dish, Dotombori is a touristy area. I'll bet other people will recommend the ones in Namba. Osaka has such a great transit system it is easy to go from any place to another place

For getting to/from Kansai airport, shopping, and Dotombori the best location is Namba. For Universal Studios, you would need to get the subway to Osaka station and change to JR.
For just shopping, Universal Studios, and getting to/from the airport via JR, the Umeda Higashi location would be good.
Personally, I would go for the Namba location.
