Is it possible if I want to go to Universal Studios from Tokyo, vice-versa in just one day. Travelling by shinkansen.

Certainly possible, it takes about 3 hours 20 minutes or so each way from Tokyo to JR Universal City.
The only sticky point would be that you would have to get on your return train back home by 20:38 at the latest so you make it on the 21:10 Shinkansen from Shin-Osaka.
