Hello,thanks to all..
What if the immigration thought that my sister illegally works there even though she's not, she's only taking care of our aunt there who is old and had an illness?
Can she still come back there in the next time?

Depends was she DEPORTED (eg they arrested her and kicked her out of the country) or did they DENY her entry (eg she came to the Airport and they said NO).
If she was only Denied entry, it is possible to return at a later time.
If she wishes to stay longer the only real way for her is to get a real visa and not coming and going on temporary visitor status.
