in tokyo, our tour ends at the tasaki pearl gallery, then we want to see akihabara, ginza, imperial palace east garden and asakusa, since they may be in same area. what order shall we see these places and how do we get to each one, may have a one day jr pass.

The Tasaki Pearl Gallery seems to be in Akasaka (not to confuse with Asakusa).

Therefore, the following order could be efficient, assuming you have enough time to actually cover all these places in the remainder of your day (note that the list of attractions alone could easily fill an entire, busy day of sightseeing):

Akasaka - (Ginza Subway Line from Tameike-sanno Station) - Ginza - (Marunouchi Subway Line to Otemachi) - Imperial East Garden - (JR Yamanote Line from Tokyo Station) - Akihabara - (Ginza Subway Line from Suehirocho Station) - Asakusa
