How do you mix Aquarius powder?

I have a packet that says Aquarius. It is 51g of powder. The rest of the packet is in Japanese; which I can not read. Could someone please tell me if I just mix this with water, and if so, how much water? Thank you.

It mixes with one liter of water. Should be written on it as 1 lt. That's just about a quater gallon. It's actually a bit of a rip off coz the powder costs about 105yen and makes only 1liter and you can but a 1.5lt bottle in a supermarket for around 150yen if you find it on sale. Most prople make 2 or 3 liters with one packet but you can hardly taste it.
