As an English Rugby League (and Wigan) fan I too reckon you should have elaborated on your question.
But from my visits to Japan and Kyoto I reckon your best bet is going to a 'Hub' bar. There is also a small sports bar close to the station but I couldn't describe exactly where that is in words alone. Plus it was uber expensive.

sorry, but i figured if they dont know what NRL is then they arent gunna know where its on. But... NRL is the National Rugby League Comp in Australia. The grand final is on Sunday 5th October. I've checked the hub, and pig and whistle in osaka. any other suggestions would be appreciated.
