birthday message 2008/9/25 18:29
I want to write "Happy Birthday! I hope you get everything you want!" I know Happy birthday is "Otanjoubi Omededou Gozaimsau", how would I write the other sentence? Thx!

Otanjoubi Omededou Gozaimsau
...should be:
- Otanjoubi omedetou gozaimasu.

For the second one, how about:
- Negai ga subete kanaimasu you ni! (May all your wishes come true!)

typo 2008/9/26 16:21
gozaimasu misspelled was just atypo, wasn't it?

I'd like to see this in Japanese. This would look good on a birthday card - a version of.

'Happy talkie, talkie happy talk, talk about things you like to do... your dreams come true'

tanoshii to hanasu de..
suku eeeee
(I see how this would be in more present tense)
happy & talkative for
tanjoobi (birthday)
yume o suru,
hontoo ni naru

No offense but... 2008/9/27 11:00
tanoshii to hanasu de..
suku eeeee...yume o suru,
hontoo ni naru

Rhubarb,

I've seen your posts here and there, and while I'm sure your efforts and
contributions are appreciated, I hope that you will work more on your
grammar in addition to vocabulary...

You cannot "do a dream" in Japanese ("yume wo suru") above, for example.
"Tanoshii to hanasu de" does not make sense, I'm sorry to say...
