We're going to book a domestic flight back and forth between Narita and Fukuoka. Since our returning flight back to Narita is 7:00 in the morning, how soon we will need to be at the Fukuoka airport for check-in? And, if we want to catch the first subway train to the airport from Hakarta station, is it too late upon arrival of the airport?
Last question - could we buy JR Kyushu rail pass (i.e.,travelling from Fukuoka - Oita - Miyazaki - Kagoshima - Kumamoto)- Nagasaki - Saga - Fukuoka) in Japan or we have to buy it overseas first prior to our departure to Japan?

In case of domestic flights, check in is possible until 15 minutes before departure and you have to be at the gate 10 minutes before departure. Being at the airport one hour before departure will give you more than enough time for all check in procedures. As for the JR Kyushu Pass, it can be purchased inside and outside of Japan as mentioned here: http://www.japan-guide.com/e/e2361_05.html
