Narita Airport to Kunitachi.

Please suggest me best route from narita airport to Kunitachi. I'll be using JR pass.

You could change at Tokyo or NEX through to Shinjuku if the timing is right.
To interrogate Hyperdia enter the stations, next page enter the date and time, next page click on the clock with book symbol, next page click on the trains to see where they go to. Some go to Shinjuku, others do not. Where there are two trains with the same number it means that it divides at Tokyo. One half goes to Shinjuku.

Take the Narita Express to Tokyo and change to the Chuo Line. You could take either the rapid service (except for the service bound for Musashi-Koganei), Chuo or Ome special Rapid. If you take one of the latter two special rapids, change at Kokubunji to the train standing on the next track. It's about 40 to 45 minutes from Tokyo.
